Before booking, please read the following visiting rules carefully:

1.Eligibility: Only our member can use this function.
2. Advance Notification of Appointment: Please book your visit at least one week in advance so that we can arrange appropriate reception and preparations.
3. Visiting time: Visiting time is from 9 am to 5 pm every Monday to Friday. Please select your desired time slot when booking.
3. Number of people limited: The number of people in each visiting group shall not exceed 20 people. If you need to arrange a larger group visit, please contact us in advance.
4. Safety Notes: Please adhere to our safety protocols during your visit, including not touching animals and equipment, following signage, and following the guidance of our staff.
5. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer someone else the opportunity.
